Breeze Copilot extends HubSpot with AI features such as data enrichment, summaries, and automated tasks. Breeze Intelligence uses credits for enriching company data and identifying buyer intent.
Breeze is the latest extension of HubSpot, replacing and expanding the previous ChatSpot. Available in all HubSpot tiers, Breeze Copilot offers intuitive usage via the navbar or directly within the tools next to each dataset.

How does it work?

Breeze Copilot (all tiers) : Accessible via the navbar or directly next to datasets, users receive contextual support such as summaries of deals, tickets, or calls.

Breeze Intelligence and Credits
Breeze Intelligence helps with data enrichment and identifying buyer intent. These functions require the use of credits, which must be purchased in separate packages:
- 100 credits: $0.30 per credit ($30 per package)
- 1,000 credits: $0.15 per credit ($150 per package)
- 10,000 credits: $0.07 per credit ($700 per package)
Credits are "use-it-or-lose-it", meaning they must be used within the respective month and do not roll over. Unused credits will expire, and there are no refunds. Credit packages will not automatically downgrade if unused.
Each time a company is selected from the buyer intent list or added to a list, one credit is deducted. Additionally, HubSpot forms can be optimized through form shortening: if Breeze already has certain information (e.g., a phone number), the field is hidden from the form. Each time data is enriched, a credit is used depending on the type of information:
- Company-related fields: 2 credits
- Standard fields (e.g., phone number): 1 credit
Credit usage is counted and reset on the customer’s billing date. Customers can choose monthly, quarterly, or annual payment plans.

Breeze Agents (marketing, sales Service > Pro +): In Private Beta for social media and prospecting, while content and customer agents are already available. They assist with content creation and customer communication.
