How do I use the Google Kalendar

Use Google Calendar for scheduling appointments.

Click on the "+" in the top left corner of Google Calendar and choose "Event." However, you also have other options:

- Event: create a Meeting slot

- Focus Time: A time block reserved for yourself.

- Out of Office: Indicates you are away from the workplace and unavailable.

- Working location: Specify whether you are working from the office or home office (please keep this current).

- Task: Create a Google Task for a specific time.

- Appointment schedule: Set your availability and create a booking page. 

 

Alternatively, to add an event, one-click on an empty field in the calendar itself.

 

The perfect Event:🚀

- Enter the subject, location, an agenda, duration of the event, start and end times.

- Then, invite participants; Google will suggest available slots.

Alternatively, you can check availability under "Meet with..." on the right before scheduling with the respective person.
