1. Setup:
If you don't have an Aircall account yet, please get in touch with Caro.
2. Set up delegation/forwarding
1. Coordinate with a user on who will handle call forwarding in your absence.
2. Open your browser and log in to Aircall. Navigate to "Numbers" and click on your name.
3. Click on "Add option" and select a user or team (in our case, the main office/central number).
3. How do i go offline?
Note: Ensure that you always have the Aircall app open, even if it's running in the background. Otherwise, your status will be set to offline, and you won't receive any calls.
In your Aircall app, click on your icon and go to "Do Not Disturb." Here you can choose from various options. Calls will either be forwarded directly as configured, or they will go to voicemail if set up accordingly.
